You’re likely addicted to your phone. I am. Most of us are. Cat videos, Likes, and followers rob us of real connections and contentment. Most of us realize it, only we can’t/won’t do anything about it. Isn’t that the definition of addiction? But here’s the thing. Knowledge has never been more affordable and easily accessible, staying in touch with friends and family never easier, and a lot of us depend on our phones to make a living. So where do we draw the line? I really don’t know, but I can say one thing: To rediscover balance we need to go on a “digital diet.” And a dance night out is a start.
