FAQ

To keep our audience, staff, volunteers, and dancers safe, Whim W’Him has instituted a strict vaccination-only policy.  All audience members will need to provide a valid photo I.D. and proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 by a two-dose mRNA vaccine (such as Moderna or Pfizer) or a single dose vaccine (such as Johnson and Johnson) and are considered “fully vaccinated” two weeks after the final dose of vaccine.  We do not issue refunds if you do not have proof of vaccination. You may exchange your ticket for a later date if you have forgotten your vaccination card and ID. No exceptions will be made for this policy.

Yes, all audience members must wear a mask at all times while in their seats, in the lobby/bar, and in the restrooms. There will be no exceptions. Bandannas will not be allowed as an acceptable form of masking and you will be asked to leave with no refund if you refuse to wear a mask. Masks must be worn over your nose and mouth at all times.

No, Whim W’Him will not accept any negative antigen or PCR test results instead of proof of vaccination. Each audience member must show proof of vaccination to gain entry into the theater, and wear masks at all times while indoors.

We are no longer providing Will Call services at performances. When purchasing your ticket from Brown Paper Tickets, you may choose to have a mobile ticket or a print-at-home ticket. We are not able to print you a ticket at the venue. If you cannot find your tickets when you arrive, please let a volunteer or usher know and they will get our Front of House Manager to assist you.

To not disrupt the performance, audience members who arrive after the performance has begun will be taken to the last rows of the theater until the first piece is over. During intermission, you may go to your original seat assignments.

No, Whim W’Him cannot validate any parking around the theater.

Yes; for those audience members who do not have smartphones or digital access, please see a House Manager or usher for a printed handout of the evening’s program.

You can call our box office at (707) 350-9446 or email us at info@whimwhim.org to exchange your tickets. Please try and exchange tickets no later than 4 hours before curtain on your original performance date.
