MIA MONTEABARO (she/her/hers)
A native of Santa Barbara, California, Mia started off as a gymnast. She studied ballet under the direction of Ellen Schipper and continued her training at The Joffrey in New York. She received her BFA in ballet from the University of Utah with an emphasis in performing, teaching, and character dance. Mia danced with Spectrum Dance Theater and has performed in productions by The Fifth Avenue Theatre and Seattle Opera.
Whim W’Him is a place for exploration where you can be the most vulnerable because the environment is so safe. You’re constantly challenged therefore always growing. With every rep, you feel this unspoken change not only individually but as a group as well.
