Seattle, WA—Olivier Wever’s award-winning contemporary dance company, Whim W’Him, begins its 6th season January 16-18 at the Cornish Playhouse at Seattle Center with THREEFOLD—an evening of three new creations from three engaging choreographers. The program will feature the premiere of new dance works by New York based choreographer and 2013 Princess Grace winner Loni Landon, Hubbard Street Dance Chicago’s Penny Saunders, and Whim W’Him’s Artistic Director, Olivier Wevers. Neither Landon’s or Saunders’ work has previously been seen in Seattle.

THREEFOLD will also feature new music by Paul Moore of Seattle and Brian Lawlor of New York. Moore has created a new musical composition for Saunders’ Soir Bleu, inspired by the paintings of Edward Hopper. Lawlor and Wevers continue their ongoing artistic collaboration with a score that re-imagines Brahams’ work for Wevers’ newest creation.

Whim W’Him dancers include: Kyle Johnson, Jim Kent, Mia Monteabaro, Tory Peil, Thomas Phelan, Justin Reiter, and Lara Seefeldt.
