FLEX PASS REDEMPTION INSTRUCTIONS

To redeem quickly call or email us and we will secure your dates and seats in a flash!

To redeem your tickets online please go through this process:
**Important Note** You can only redeem tickets for 1 flex pass at a time so if you purchased multiple passes you will have to go through this entire process for each of the flex passes you have. This issue will be resolved in the future.
- Go to whimwhim.org/season
- Click “flex pass redemption”
- Click on a performance and choose a performance date
- Enter your Patron ID and your Last Name and click submit – Your Patron ID can be found in your confirmation email attachment
- Choose your seat (select a premium seat if you purchased a premium pass)
- Select delivery method (print at home or will call) and click next
- Enter your contact info and click redeem benefits (see photo below)
- Select number of tickets to redeem and click apply benefits
- Answer required and optional questions and click next
- The final page has a button to click that should say “pay $0 to Vendini”
- You can print the confirmation if you want to skip the will call line day of
- If you wish to redeem tickets for another pass you must start back at step #1
