Jim Kent.

Quirky. Individual. Expressive.

Jim has a BFA in Dance from Cornish College of the Arts. He was in Wade Madsen's The Elements (2005) and Mark Haim's The Goldberg Variations at On the Boards (2006). He primarily dances for Scott/Powell Performance, a modern dance company which performed locate at PNB's Celebrate Seattle Festival. SPP was invited in 2008 to perform an excerpt of Geography at the Southern Theatre in Minneapolis as part of the SCUBA Touring Network. In February 2009, he toured with zoe|juniper in the devil you know is better than the devil you don't at Dance Theatre Workshop in NYC, the Institute for Contemporary Art in Boston, and the Myrna Loy Center in Helena, MT. When not juggling a full dance life, he accompanies ballet class for Ellie Sandstrom at Velocity Dance Center.
